The Brooklyn Nets have confirmed that Kyrie Irving will miss Game 5 of the Nets’ playoff series with the Milwaukee Bucks. Irving sprained his ankle in the Nets 107-96 loss to the Bucks in Game 4. Nets coach Steve Nash, who will also be missing James Harden for the game, did not disclose the severity of the injury. Harden has been out with a hamstring injury that he suffered in Game 1 of the series. The injuries mean that the Nets will be relying heavily on Kevin Durant to help them progress in the playoffs. Game 6 will take place on June 17 and game 7, if required, will take place on June 19.
